1. We guarantee live bait delivery on all next day shipping services
2. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
3. Bait availability is subject to seasonal and/or weather conditions
4. All prices subject to change without notice.
5. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and C.O.D. orders. Please add $9.50 for C.O.D.
6. All prices quoted for contiguous, continental United States only.
7. Orders shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery by the weekend. Live bait orders placed on Thursday must go next-day service. Tackle can be shipped Monday-Friday.
8. Since our products are sensitive to heat and cold, we reserve the right to delay orders or to utilize alternative shipping methods when temperatures are extreme. We strongly encourage upgrading to overnight delivery when temperatures are extreme.
